I contacted Franca Pool Services (“Franca”) to “fix” my pool, which was full of algae and tadpoles. I also needed my filters cleaned, but the pool was in such bad shape that the filters got damaged. Franca installed my new filters, cleaned them because they got dirty immediately given the condition of my pool, and got the chemical balance back right. I can now see the bottom of my pool and spa, which I couldn’t before Franca cleaned it and got it back in swimmable shape. The icing on the cake was the great communication, customer service and friendly personality. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Franca Pool Services for all your pool needs (cleaning and maintenance)!
