Other than the tiles coming off the tile person did an excellent job.
The electrician had to come back 4 time to properly install the ceiling fans. He was asked by flagship to hang the mirrors over the sink. He could not do it . They Left holes in the drywall ( the electrician was a sub contractor hired by flagship) I installed the mirrors myself
The plumber had to be told how to install a free standing tub. the shower fixtures we not completely installed. I finished them myself.
And the toilet rocked after he installed it.
The texturing of the bathroom walls did not match the samples that we agreed to and when we tried to point this out, all they would do is argue about it telling us we didn't know what we wanted. We will have the texture re done in the near future
The painting ---- the white woodwork was not sanded before it was painted and now when we try to wipe if off with a damp cloth, the paint comes off, It will have to be sanded and painted at out expense.
My wife and I talked about doing this review right after the work was done and decided not to write one but now that they wont return my phone calls or respond to my emails, we thought it was time.
