Billy was a pleasure to work with. When we started quoting for blinds our house was still under construction so he arranged a time to meet me onsite and understand what we wanted an estimate on. He stayed behind and did his measurements and responded with a quote very promptly. He brought a book of photos to give me ideas for our eyebrow shaped windows and samples of the types of blinds. He also gave me an estimate to add in plantation shutters(which we didn't pursue due to cost over faux wood).
He came back out and met with me one more time to do a final walk through and gather any other measurements needed before he purchased the blinds. We put down a deposit to get started and then paid the final at completion.
Billy did not do the installaiton, but he had a crew that did and they were great. They didn't leave a mess when they were finished. We decided to split our install in two times because the eyebrow arches took longer to produce, so Billy was willing to accomodate that, which we appreciated.
I also had 2 windows that needed to be shortened after install and Billy sent a gentleman out to my house to take care of that and was very courteous and tidy again.
I appreciate the folks that take their shoes off at the door to walk on brand new carpet and hardwoods! Call Billy, I don't think you can find someone to beat his prices...I know we didn't!
