VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I've seen good reviews but my experience was anything but. Spent over $30K on a new roof and siding. Did roof first which was OK until the siding part. First, they put toe boards all over our new roof - this is when they nail boards into the roof so they can stand on them. So we have a new roof with holes everywhere through it now. Second the drip edges they put up were ruined when they took off siding (see picture below) - told us this would be fixed but it is certainly not. The painting of our siding resulted in paint on our brick which we were told would be removed, but it wasn't (see picture). There were a number of other issues, way too many to mention. Biggest issue was with their subcontractor who ordered way too much wood/siding which he charged us for. We had a long conversation about how I was going to use the left over wood for another project (he even told me the type of saw I would need to cut that particular type of wood). Next morning they came to clean the mess they left, instead they took all the left over wood and left the mess behind. When I called him he said he returned it for a refund. So I asked for the refund he immediately changed his story and said he had ordered extra wood for "another job". Funny how that didn't come up when we spoke about the project I was going to use that wood for. The story kept changing, like a criminal caught in a lie being questioned by police, because he keep digging a hole with deeper lies. I've asked for the receipt for the wood to compare it to the amount used but Elevated Roofing will not provide it - I wonder why? Since this job finished in September I kept being told they would make things right until their VP Daniel Brennan called today (1/28) and made it clear that wasn't his priority and they wouldn't provide the receipt. He said it is now January and that was six months ago, never mind I have been asking for this for the past six months This is just a snippet of my experience with Elevated Roofing, my suggestion is to look elsewhere or be very careful about what they promise and how much material they are charging you for versus what they actually use.

Tedious work of replacing a large tile roof. Mike and team showed up on time, everyday, and even worked over the weekend to get our roof back into prestigious shape in record time. Crew was very diligent with clean up. From tile selection to completion, this was a highly professional project.

Amazing. They actually did above and beyond on what I expected that they will do. The owner came out to make sure that I was satisfied on the job they did.

They are outstanding! They even interface with the insurance people for me. I have nothing negative to say about them what so ever. Totally professional and their onsite crews are safe and I'm very comfortable with them on my property. In fact they have completed 46 homes in our community.

I spoke to a lot of roofing companies that descended on the neighborhood after the storms. None of them made me feel like I was dealing with someone I could trust. Mike, the owner, came by to give me the initial estimate, and he seemed like a really genuine guy. In addition, he spoke frankly about the costs and the details of the roof and answered all my questions. Every instance I've communicated with the office or the workers has been professional, respectful and responsive. They showed up on the date and time they said, they cleaned up very well, and I'm confident that I got a great roof. It was confirmed this morning by the city inspector, who specifically stated that he didn't see any issues in the install of the new roof and vents. I think a lot of homeowners see an event like this as an opportunity to get a quick and dirty install on a new roof (and maybe even come out ahead), and many roofers are willing to step up to the plate and lowball offers to get one's business. At no time did I have the impression that Mike and his team operated like that; they were fair, reasonable and did what they said they would do. Very happy with the work.

Elevated Roofing was a one stop shop. They handled all aspects of repairs and replacements. We had one contact, Joe Davis, for all our needs. He coordinated everything; it was great to have one person to talk to. The workers were easy and enjoyable to work with. Of course, there are always hiccups, but, overall, we were pleased with everything.

Mike Witte and the team at Elevated Roofing did an outstanding job on our home to recover from hail storm damage. We interviewed 12 roofing companies, without a doubt Elevated was the best choice. Through our research we found they use the best quality products, the roof comes with one of the longest warranties and most importantly they did a fantastic job. It was clear to us the culture at Elevated was different than any roofer we visited with. The culture shows in their quality of work and how they present themselves. Each team members wears an Elevated shirt and they drive very nice Elevated trucks. Our yard was clean the entire time from project start to finish. With our 3-year-old at home we were concerned about nails and debris, they did a great job of making sure all nails and trash were removed daily. Many of our neighbors used Elevated and are just as happy as we are.

Except for some problems with the stain crew, the process went very well.

We had a couple leaks that we could not figure out where they were coming from. We had another company come out and they could not tell us for sure where the leak was coming from. I did not feel comfortable with their feedback so I decided to reach out to Elevated Roofing based off their great reviews and feedback. Curtis Lewis was out at two different times and found both causes for the leaks. He was quick, professional, reasonable and the work has a guarantee. This will be out "go to" for any future needs and I will recommend them to all our friends and neighbors. Thanks again!

Not completed yet and has been going on for 2 months. Not good communication between staff and contractors and I have had to call and text several times to get things done as well as remind everyone of what the contract contained. I picked them from Angie's List because of reviews but would not choose them again based on the time frame and mistakes made. Will consider editing my review when the job is finally completed but at this point I am not happy.

The insurance company paid for it. They could have used different type of shingles. The workers were great. They left the area spic and span and clean. I have already told my friends not to use them.

Our roof was replaced in early March by Elevated Roofing. The owner and different crews were excellent plus they handled all the insurance paperwork. Painters did a great job and came back the next day to touch up a couple areas that were barely noticeable. The roofers were courteous, spoke English, answered my myriad of questions and did a super job. I had found a couple nails on the ground that the roofers missed, called the owner that night to get them back out over the next week (we were leaving town for a few days) to do another sweep. The roofers were back at my house on a Sat. night with flashlights and helmet lights sweeping around the whole house again! Our roof was totalled again in early April and we again went with Elevated Roofing due to the work they had just done a few weeks ago.

•  it on the market this summer. She was so impressed by the way he handled the work, that I decided to contact him about an inspection on our roof. From our first phone contact to the end of the installation of a new roof, Mike was totally honest, informative, punctual, and polite. I appreciated his knowledge and experience and the manner in which he dealt with my insurance company. His crews did a great job and did a thorough cleanup at the end. I have recommended him to neighbors and friends.

Mike and his crew from Elevated Roofing are a pleasure to work with.  They completed the roof replacement in 3 days on our 4000+ sq. ft. house.  He also replaced our gutters and painted woodwork on the entire exterior of our house.  His paint crew did an outstanding job, cleaning the wood, repairing it and then painting it.  All of the work was done in less than 2 weeks making our house look brand new again.  Mike worked with our insurance company to have almost the entire service covered by damage insurance due to the severe rainstorms we had in May.  Our only out of pocket expense was the painting which was well worth it since the house hadn't been repainted since it was built 14 years ago.  Mike also does other home improvement work including HVAC.  He was kind enough to give us a brand new hose and mounted 360 degree hose reel to compensate for the extra time they had to clean up the yard after the roofing work was done.  Great guy and would definitely call on him to do future work on the house.  Someone you can trust when it comes to work you don't have the knowledge to do yourself.

The office personnel was very responsive and did a great job.   Tim explained that someone would contact me to schedule a time to come out to evaluate the roof and provide an estimate at the end of the evaluation.  
First issue - instead of calling to schedule a time, Mike (the owner) called and left a message that he would be stopping by later in the day and he did.  He examined the roof and advised that while a roof replacement was not necessary, the roof did require some repairs.  He quoted a price of $900.  I asked for the information in writing and he asked me to e-mail him for the information.  
My family and I went out of town over the weekend and I got busy and did not e-mail him.  Tim contacted me on Tuesday to ask for my e-mail address.  Second issue - I advised him that Mike quoted me a price of $900.00 and he said it would be more than that.  The price was now $1,600.00.  At my request, he asked Mike for some information on the price increase and was told that it was because I had two chimneys.  Third issue - Tim said Mike would call me to discuss.  After waiting some time, I called back and said I would go with someone else.  Tim worked to save the sale and I agreed to wait for Mike to call me to discuss.  As of today's review, Mike has not called.
Very disappointing, because based on the Angie's List reviews and the quality of the office personnel, I thought I had found a company that I could use long-term for roofing and general repairs given our desire to maintain the interior and exterior of our home.

They were great and very efficient.  They gave us the color we wanted as well.

Elevated Roofing is the only way to go.  From the personal attention to the professionalism of all the workers, this roofing company will be hard to beat.  There is no question who I would use should I need future roofing work.  Seriously, your roofer search stops here!

Brad, Mike, and their team did an outstanding job on our roof from dealing with the insurance company, pointing out issues overlooked by the insurance appraiser, to installation of the entire roof. Professionalism and customer service are hallmarks of this company which is so rare in this business environment. We were very pleased with the process as well as the final product. We cannot recommend Elevated Roofing enough!

We had been given Mike's name from a referral. He was honest and strait up with what I could expect in terms of work, cost, and process. There were no surprises. The work was quick and quality, excellent cleanup, and he was quick to return calls.
I would use him again for any of my roofing needs.
