I was able to promptly schedule a meeting for a quote, and while rain caused the meeting to be rescheduled, Vicki came out the next following day and was on-time. Vicki was very thorough and informative regarding my options, and the pricing was very reasonable. I agreed to the work and the crew arrived on-time to perform the tree/bush trimming service. The crew was quick yet efficient, very un-obtrusive, and the work was exactly as agreed and of a very high quality. I would not hesitate to hire them again!
They came out despite having rained inches the night before. They were very polite and kind. Asked exactly what I wanted done and then did the additional work to make the tree look great. They used a harness when climbing and tied off on branches... made me feel much better about their safety. They cut more than I ever imagined the tree needed but it looks great and it has to be better for the dying grass underneath.
They were done in a very timely manner. And cleaned everything up including the branches that dropped into my neighbors fenced back yard. They had moved the décor that might have been crushed and offered to cover my plants before hand.
Very good service will totally be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.
I called back on Tuesday and they were able to remove the tree on Thursday. Upon inspection, I let Vickie know that I thought the stump was had not been ground low enough. She came to look at it and agreed with me. She had the crew come back right away and complete the job to my satisfaction.
They were easy to work with and I would use them again.
They had us inspect their work to ensure it was what we wanted and then completely cleaned-up after the job was completed.
The price for the work was excellent.

I then called Eagle Tree based on the reviews I read here. Bailey was responsive, showed up when she said she would, made an assessment and contacted me with the price and time they could do the work, which happened to be the next day. I had explained to her the problem I was having with my St. Augustine grass and not getting sun due to the large oak trees I had. She knew exactly what I was talking about when she made her assessment.
When they showed up to do the job, the guys knew exactly where and how to trim the trees and I couldn't be happier. I am so relieved because they are huge trees and there was no way for me to do this and now I know my grass will grow again in those spots where it was dying.
They cleaned up and hauled away the branches without leaving a mess. They are professionals.

However, I thought they could have trimmed more than they did. Drew, the owner, actually came out to have a look (second opinion) and thought they were trimmed properly. He gave me the chance to trim them more but I then declined.
They're definitely a well-run organization - responsive to e-mails and scheduled the work quickly - with an owner that cares.
