Shane did an awesome job. Showed up on time - asked the right questions - ran the system to survey current conditions and then went right to work. Turns out a riot grew into some of the large pipes underground and caused the problem. Shane dug it all out and cut away the problem root system. He fixed all the issues and was done in under 2 hours.

Wonderful service. Came out the Saturday after we called him. Was right on time. Consulted with us whenever he found an issue that needed to be brought to our attention. He worked in miserable, cold, drizzlilng weather. Definitely plan on having him out to do some further work.

Eagle Irrigation has inspected and adjusted my sprinkler system several times in the past. They have always been prompt and professional. They always took the time to explain what adjustments they made and why. They also explained the limitations of my current system compared to other systems on the market, but in more of a consultative manner, not a pushy sales approach. In May 2011, our house was struck by lightning, which fried our sprinkler control panel (among other things). Eagle recommended a comparable replacement and installed it, taking the time to test the new system while I watched and taught me everything I needed to know to operate it. I'll definitely use them again.
