The crew of three arrived on time, but ill-equipped with a flat bed truck, a folding 10 or12 foot ladder, hand tools and a couple power saws. The one ladder they had was far too short to safely climb into the trees. I suggested they use a 32 foot extension ladder (which I had borrowed for another DIY job) for them to safely get up to where the bottom limbs of the three trees were located. Once in the trees the crew chief did a very good job of tree trimming and his crew cleaned up very well during and after the job. Also, the office person I spoke with prior to the work said they had insurance and I requested a certificate of insurance, but never received a copy. I would have given the company a better grade if the crew had been better equipped with ladders and I had received an insurance certificate.
I would use this company again if I was assured that the crew came properly equipped and I received an insurance certificate in advance.
