First and foremost, Tony (the owner) is just a nice guy. He's not a salesman. From first contact, he just wanted to find the right solution for our needs and budget. He actually does all of the work himself, which I love. It is obvious that he takes pride in every aspect of his work and treats a project like it was his own home. Very detail-oriented in both determining our needs and in the quality of his work. He's really flexible and will spend the extra time to ask questions, listen to your feedback, and work with you to determine the best solution. Always responded to questions quickly. Always showed up on time and as scheduled. Definitely a personal touch and quality that you won't get from a home theater store or electronics chain. Support after sale was exceptional. Willing to come over as many times as required to not only have everything working to your standards but to his own. Even phone support was excellent. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Tony came out to our home (far out of his normal reach) to help us repair our media room. He installed a new projector an updated the entire room to better than it was before...he stayed triple checking everything and making sure we understood how everything works before he left. Tony came by and provided an estimate for in-wall wiring of my home theater speakers the next business day after I called. He continued to be very responsive and prompt in the scheduling and completion of the project. He provided high quality wiring and outlet jacks/plates, and he installed them and tested the performance of the surround sound in hardly more than two hours. The system sounds great, and I consider the cost very reasonable for the work done. Tony is honest and dependable, and he does great work.

He was great to work with. Any question or concern I had was addressed promptly. I normally never just send pictures and hire someone without meeting them, but I was comfortable with him on the phone and via communicating with him via AL. He was meticulous with with workmanship and cleaned up very well afterwards. He did a great job, was professional, and I would definitely hire him again.

I had a unique project to mount my TV above a tall mantle that required an excessive level of attention to detail to not drive my OCD crazy. To complicate things I had ordered a complex mount that swings down and needed an installer that could account for all the moving parts. I solicited several quote from local installers. Tony not only returned my call promptly, but made arrangements to come by the very next day to assess the project. Of all installers I received quotes from, Tony was the only one with the confidence that he could meet my expectations. It also helped that his quote was very competitive and he didn’t require payment up front and two weeks lead-time. Instead, Tony shook my hand and came back four days later to complete the work. We had a few setbacks to say the least. The sound bar I bought did not fit the bracket and my stud placement in the mantel was not standard. Tony was not deterred and created solutions to remedy each challenge. The finished product is breathtaking. I have no doubts that I would not have the perfect entertainment center if I had gone with anyone except DFW AV Pros. Thank you again Tony!

Tony was great and responsive from the beginning. He came out first to get an accurate quote and did not suggest or sell more than I needed. Set up and installation was great which included power outlets. Everything was performed just as we discussed. Would recommend him to anyone!

Tony was an absolute professional. He was concerned (as were we) about the ability to get wiring between the wood paneling over the mantle and the brick interior of fireplace, but he was able to get it done. The set up looks amazing and we are so happy with the result. There was a default setting within the TV that was causing a problem with our Smart TV sound that he encountered late in the day. He researched it over night and came back the next day to wire a work around at no additional charge.
