The experience went very well. We presented Brenda with several challenges but she remained unphased. Our challenges were not wanting to spend a lot on new furnishings because we downsized and needed to remove many existing pieces that didn't fit but yet buy some new items that did fit. Brenda had to work with existing colors and introduce fabrics to coordinate and update the look. She had to work with existing furniture and introduce new pieces to coordinate.

I think the one thing that sets Brenda apart from other decorators was that she really listened to what I said. From that she could glean the end result I was looking for when even I didn't know what it was. I never felt like she was forcing anything. The end result is a house that reflects my family's personality.
