He has done the weekly maintenance, we well as filter cleaning and a few other minor repair jobs. He's on time, direct and easy to work with. We're very pleased!

We've been really happy with this company. One of their people shows up every Wednesday and handles all the chemicals, maintenance and clean-outs. if they notice an issue (or impending issue) with the equipment they let us know on the written report they leave on the door every time. We can either have them schedule the work or have it done elsewhere.
They did a great job of getting our pool balanced, and keeping it balanced, even with all the crazy rain and freeze prevention run times. We have an automatic chlorinator so this is tough because the more the pool runs, the more chlorine it pumps in
Always on time, fast, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

Todd also referred us to an individual that repairs pool equipment - unfortunately we didn't write his name down. Our pool heater was on the fritz and the person he referred us to was fantastic, too!
Overall, we are pleased with the work and will absolutely continue receiving service from Todd and his crew at the Cool Pool People.

"We truly enjoyed meeting you and we thank you for taking time to share your comments. Not every company is for every person. The level of service that we provide is obviously not what you were looking for. Your comments will help to clarify and position our services for future Angie's List clients. What we strive to provide every day for our clients is the best services, products, awareness and advice. For example the Polaris 280 cleaner that we provided you is the best, not even close to the most expensive but by far the best, most effective, most reliable cleaner on the market. In addition, we provided you that 280 cleaner at our wholesale cost, and we installed it for free. Your feeling that our company makes money by constantly finding problems is interesting because that is quite the opposite of our unique business model. Our focus is on cleaning and customer service. We outsource repairs to trusted partners, so our clients receive the best possible repair service (not band-aid type repairs that end up costing more in the long run) and it also clearly proves that "constantly finding problems" are not a source of revenue for our company. Quite the opposite, "constantly finding problems" it is a heads-up proactive value-added service that our clients appreciate. On the subject of parts, we are excited about our unique choice to leverage our wholesale buying power to provide misc parts to our clients instead of marking them up 100% as is typical in our industry. So again, this is not a source of revenue for our company, instead we see it as yet another chance for us to add value for our clients. Our revenue is from our cleaning services. We strive to provide the best to pool owners in Frisco and nearby suburbs that enjoy and prioritize their pool and appreciate the best in quality and service. Todd was very responsive and scheduled me for the filter clean promptly. He called me the day before to confirm his arrival time in case I wanted to be there for any questions or concerns. He was punctual, cordial and professional as I repeatedly bothered him with numerous questions while he and his assistant (Joey) continued working. The filter cartridges were very dirty and contributed to my algae problem.
Todd and Joey were very professional. Todd discussed products and options for keeping my pool sparkling and the algae under control. He did not try to pressure sell me into anything I didn't need.
