He did a good job. He is very personable and extremely down to earth. He makes you feel like you have known him for a long time. He is a master plumber and has been in business for over 30 years. He did a great job, no questions asked. He knew exactly how to handle the problem.

Captain Ron was the second plumber we used to fix the drainage problem in our bath tub. The first plumber came out twice, then told us our bath tub would always drain slowly. Captain Ron fixed this problem in all of 15 minutes. He is experienced, punctual and his prices are fair. We have used him twice again since his first visit.

Captain Ron was friendly and punctual. He could not perform the sprinkler work as it required a special license but he was very knowledgeable about the problem including an estimate of what we should pay to have it fixed. He was very informative and worked quickly and efficiently. The problem of the leak in the back hose faucet has been fixed repeatedly over the years and always with poor results. He realized right away that the brick facade needed to be drilled into and the pipe fixed behind the facade.

They impressed me very much because I had various other companies looking at the problem and telling me that it was a bigger deal than it actually was. They came in and took one look at it and fixed it right on the spot. I could tell that the company had a lot of experience and a very good way of doing their work.
