He actually had to help me with an emergency situation with a water leak in the kitchen on the day when he was going to install bathroom plumbing. Used Bluefrog to replace a broken bathroom sink. The handyman was very friendly/professional, he helped me find a replacement, and he installed it very quickly. Unfortunately, the glue used in the installation wasn't strong enough and the sink fell off later in the evening. Bluefrog offered to send someone out that evening to fix (this was after 10pm) but I was able to prop the sink up and told them to just come in the morning. They arrived at 8am, pulled the old sink down and replaced with stronger glue. Mistakes happen, what matters is how a company addresses them. Bluefrog passes that test with flying colors - I'll absolutely be using them again.
