We can do most exterior projects from the smallest, to very large. We use an estimating system that will breakdown the cost to provide a detailed description of work to be performed. With industry experience since the 1980's in property adjusting/estimating experience, we can handle all of your roofing needs! We can also work with your insurance company as needed. you hire someone like a General Contractor who knows or at least knows where to go to get those things you need repaired? Robert Yanez, who was our Blue Line estimator, came to our house and spent over an hour looking at all the damage and taking meticulous measurementsand recommendations. He really made me feel like we would be taken care of and assured me his company would do all the shopping, comparing, pricing and repairing! He answered all my questions in detail. His estimate was very thorough. The estimate document that he emailed to me and to my insurance agent had a breakdown by room with a diagram showing each room he was referring to. Under each room area he stated the individual items to be repaired along with the cost for each line item. I literally had no questions. It was spelled out beautifully. Once Blue Line received the claim number from USAA the Project Manager from Blue Line, Mike Garza, called to schedule a time to come out to our home. Mike was extremely professional and reviewed the estimate with me at our home to make sure he could provide all that was stated in the estimate as it was worded without additions or changes. He found a few things that needed a small change and he handled all that without any additional work from me! He really took the time to make sure our damage was repaired and that our home looked like it did before the damage occurred. He had a team of individuals, our team was lead by General Contractor Ilie Murzea , who came out to the house when it worked best for our schedule. Let me repeat...they came out when it was good for our schedule. I didn’t have to wait 6-8 weeks for next available time slot like the other 3 contractors told me. During the initial repair of our home from the first leak we had two other slab plumbing leaks (not at all related to the repair work)!! We were in crisis! Mike and IIie were right there beside us to make sure we were taken care of. I can’t say enough about how this company treated us with kindness and professionalism! I never had to call and track anyone down to get information. I was visited and called often by the team assigned to me. Honestly, communication is one of my biggest concerns when hiring someone to do any kind of work. It just feels good to know what’s happening and when instead of calling and begging for updates or for someone to call you back. IIie was at our home on time, sometimes 15 minutes early, every day they were scheduled to work. Whenever Ilie found an issue that wasn't part of the repair but was a concern he mentioned it to us so we had the opportunity to correct it. He could have ignored anything else he found but these gentlemen really take pride in their work. Mike checked on us at least once a day and sometimes more often when critical work was being completed or if we had other individuals come out for things like mirror removal. If Mike said something would be done it was done and done to our satisfaction. Thank you Blue Line!! I can tell you care about your customers by the caliber of your employees! Angie’s List should really list you as a General Contractor!
