About us

The Billiard Factory was founded in 1975 by Larry Stick as a single store on Telephone Road in Houston, Texas. Over the past three decades, the Company has expanded through both organic growth and opportunistic acquisitions from a single store with four employees into one of the nation's largest billiard and game room furniture retailers. Today, the company consists of 15 retail stores, multiple distribution centers and over 100 dedicated employees. Throughout the Company's long history, we have never lost sight of striving to meet our customer's needs. It is our pledge that the Billiard Factory will work hard to earn your business, striving to provide our customers with the highest quality products and top-notch customer service.

Description of Work: We have recently moved, and The Billiard Factory came to our home and re-assembled the pool table. The knowledgeable technician assembled the frame, laid the slate, tacked the cloth and leveled the table. | |He also made sure the table was centered in the room and that the players had the proper distance to use the cue sticks. | |Their business is good so it took a couple of weeks for them to get out to the house.

They have a professional installation. They also do a lot of sales and repairs on high end tables. Their services also included moving tables. They are professional all the way and their show room has a good selection.

It was a good experience. The delivery was quick, within four days. They showed up when they said and did a great job putting the table together. They left the area clean.
Description of Work: I purchased pool table, wall rack, ping pong table top, pub table and two chairs. They installed the pool table as well.

THE SALES MANAGER KELLY AND THE SALES PERSON WERE BOTH VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. THE INSTALLATION CREW OF 2, WERE ALSO POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. TIME WAS WASTED BY LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN OFFICE AND DRIVERS.
