.Awful experienceThis business used to be a guy and his truck, and now it's a guy and his truck and whatever teenager just graduated air conditioner school the day before.They sold me a new air handler unit but when it still did'nt work I had to call someone else out to get my air conditioner working

We have used Benchmark for the past 4 years for our annual services, but when the downstairs unit needed replacing, we also received estimates from 4 other Angie's List companies. In the end, we felt most comfortable with Benchmark since we'd used them in the past and had always been satisfied. It was a bonus that their price was lower than any of the other companies. Our house has remained nice and cool this summer and our electricity bills have lowered considerably. The work was completed in a day and was scheduled for less than a week after we agreed to using Benchmark. The only complaint we could have possibly had was we didn't know when to expect the technicians and they didn't arrive until after 9 am. We worried that the work wouldn't be completed that day, but by 5 o'clock, it was finished.

We scheduled to have them out on a Saturday and the owner requested we move it to Sunday. We waited at home two days and moved our schedule to accommodate him but he did not even lower the price. He could not fix the problem b/c it was an electrical issue b/c of a cheap piece of wire they used when installing our system (electrician we used walked us through the issue). He thought is was a fuse box problem when the wire was easily determined by looking at the system, which he supposedly looked over. We have decided to find a new heating and air company.The man who installed our system from Benchmark was very professional, but we believe he has moved on b/c we have not seen him in a long time.

Both A/C units were not working. Had upstairs and downstairs units replaced with new coiling equipment.

They showed up on time and were very professional. I will certainly use them again.

They put in the new heating and A/C system about ten years ago and it is still working fine. I recommended them to my neighbor but they went with another company and are paying for it now. I would recommend them highly. They are local, do quality work and in my opinion they go above and beyond for somebody who knows very little about heating and A/C. They pointed out something that we didn't know but after they told us now we can reduce our cost of heating and cooling in this place. They service it every year, we've had only one major problem and they settled it right then. They charge 129 dollars for the visit. They put in a new air filter and check the unit out.
