I hired this company to do a large landscaping project for the front and back of my house, including replacing flowerbed borders, building 2 stone walkways, installing new trees and landscaping, making changes to the irrigation system, and installing a french drain. The project was very expensive but the end result was very poor. For starters, the plants and flowers they put in looked terrible and were not the design that we wanted or discussed. We had a lot of design discussions and were very specific about the style and type of plants we wanted. They just ignored what we wanted and put in what they felt like. They used flowers that I specifically told them not to. It did not look good. When I pointed out that they used the wrong flowers, they told me they would charge me to fix it. Two of the walkways (which they told me would be stable) fell apart the first time it rained and now looks like I have a mud path going to my house. They did major damage to my grass which was not properly repaired, and created new drainage problems that didn't exist before. I brought all of these problems to the attention of the company but they refused to do anything to fix it unless I paid them more money. They would not even attempt to fix the most serious problems, such as the falling apart walkways. There was some work left to be completed, as well as the entire backyard project which wasn't started yet. Their offer was to just cancel the remainder of the work and refund me a few hundred dollars for the work that I paid for that wasn't completed. Very disappointed with the terrible work of this company and their stubborn refusal to fix their shoddy work after I paid for it.

I decided against Bella Terra Lawn and Landscape because of the pricing. Their responsiveness and professionalism were excellent.
