Backyard Oasis owner, Herb Griffin, acknowledged to the electrician and myself that the unit was not built to code, and promised to "make us whole" and reimburse us for the electrical repairs required to bring it up to code.
We have never been paid the $750.00 for the electrical work, even though Tyler Griffin, his son, and other employees of Mr. griffin have indicated the payment was approved. Mutliple requests have been ignored.
We were treated rudely and dishonestly by the owner. I would never do business with this company ever again.
