AXIS INTEGRATION

He presented his first estimate to get the bare minimum installed so that television could be watched. To date, he still has not fully completed that job and has not switched out the unacceptable equipment as promised. He presented a second estimate to fully install and add additional equipment to the system which would integrate the security cameras into the AV system and install a sound system, disk changer, amplifiers, etc. We paid 100% of the equipment cost upfront, $25,350.00 on August 15, 2008. The equipment was never ordered (this he told us last week), instead he used the funds to complete another job and wrote us hot check to refund our payment. We have multiple emails from him promising installation dates which he never showed up for and finally a refund date for the cancellation of the job which has not been honored. He did not finish the first job and has admitted that he has no way to complete the second job either. We are pursuing legal action at this time.
