Aqua Bright Pool Service & Maintenance

I have used them for 3 months. We bought the house and they were the ones who were servicing it before so they kind of came with the house. When we sold it, we cancelled the contract. They did a good job in maintaining the property. We did not know about the pool itself and they just continued the service and they didn't ask anything. They just kept going so that we can sell it, and the pool was beautiful.

I had a leaking hose.  The repair was covered by my warranty.  They had Aqua Bright come out to fix it.  The technician put on a new hose.  I paid the $75 service fee.  About 15 / 20 minutes after he left, I went to turn on the water to the pool to fill it back up to the proper level.  The place where he replaced the hose was gushing again.  So I called the technician and HWA back to say that it wasn't working and that he needed to come back to fix it.  He returned in an hour, and fixed it.  Here it is a week later, and the repair he did was leaking again.  Good thing I was working from home and caught it, but Lord knows how much water this guy has cost me because he didn't fix what he was supposed to fix.  I called HWA and insisted they reassign the repair to someone else because if Aqua Bright can't fix it after 2 attempts, then I don't believe he knows what he's doing.

Every week they sent someone out, every week the pool looks the same. Granted there are trees over the pool but we have a cover and it stays on. twice I pulled back the cover to a cloudy dirty pool. It looked worse then before they "cleaned it". I feel they over charged me and didn't even go out of their way to pretend like I was getting a good deal. The whole reason we looked at them in the first place was a home warranty issue. the guy seemed helpful and like he was taking care of me, turns out there was nothing wrong and that the booster pump they replaced because "it was bad" sounds exactly the same if the pool sweep was disconnected. In other words there was nothing wrong with our booster pump but they charged me $600 for a new one any ways. Its our first pool so I was really hoping for an honest and helpful experience. This was Absolutely NO IT! 

They are very attentive and very punctual. They always keep in contact. I like that I know when they are coming and I know what they have done. They are also attentive to the working condition of the pool equipment and if there is anything that they see is wrong, they call me and ask me if I want them to fix it. If I can't fix it myself I have them do that.
