There were no suprises from the actual estimate to once the job was completed. They arrived on time and was able to get the piers installed in one day. Once the piers were installed they did such of great job of cleaning up that you couldn't tell that the house just had piers installed. Immediately after the slab was raised doors were able to be closed that previously could not and most of the smaller cracks closed. They came back out several weeks later once the house had settles and fixed all of the interior cracks. They were honest and meet or beat all of our estimates (and we had several). I wouldn't hestitate to reccomend American Property Service for your foundation repairs.

The service was okay overall. They were the only company that would come out to Lubbock to do the work; it was fairly limited with who we had to choose from and what company the warranty company wanted to work with. There were some things they left undone that I needed to have local companies finish up since they didn't want to drive the 400 miles.
