Amazon Rain Sprinkler & Landscape

Chris gets an “F” because he became very enraged and verbally attacked me on a personal level. He became very petty with immature behavior making unprofessional, inappropriate and insulting comments about me. He informed me he is married and indicated this somehow makes him better than me. To be very clear, this man does not know me personally nor does he know my personal life on any level. He was very derogatory and belligerent. In my professional life no matter if I think someone is rude/frustrated or they are to me I am not allowed to respond in this way. I am required to maintain my self control of which he was unable to do. After he made his comments I did laugh and tell him he was right there is clearly nothing wrong with him at all and went in the house. Read below for additional details. Chris is typically friendly and professional. Chris installed my control box some years back. However, I had some work done by another person since then and he clearly did not think much of the work completed. Chris bid on this work but did not get the job and I am not saying it had anything to do with his opinion, just providing info. He made several general statements indicating things were not right. He was asking a lot of questions and I was trying to do my best to answer him. He finally made a comment that he just didn’t know how this was going to go because it was just all done backwards or wrong or something like that. I stated I did not understand what that meant and I was a little frustrated with his positioning and overall attitude of just not sure if this can be done of sorts. He then stops and states he is leaving because he doesn’t want to do this and I asked really you are just going to go. He proceeds to inform me I am rude and irritated and that he was irritated as well. I tried to clarify that I was not being rude but was frustrated. He begins to show his discontent and anger, and informs me he felt I was this way to him on a previous call that I do not recall being the situation (yet he showed up again). I told him I do not recall that. He continues to inform me of how awful and rude I am. As this continued I did finally say to him gosh you are really sensitive. I was not speaking aggressively, loud or mean to him, just an observation of sorts. I did not feel I had been anything other than frustrated by his uncertain demeanor/attitude. From here is what ended up with him assessing me personally and advising me how perfect he is in his life. No matter how you slice it, just inappropriate and unprofessional when all is done and all in a matter of seconds literally.

My sprinkler system went out and despite my efforts to resolve the issue myself, I called multiple Sprinkler Repair companies. They all gave me the same answer; they wouldn't have time to come out for weeks and "Are you sure that the sprinkler system is on?". When I called Chris, who also does landscaping, I told him that my sprinkler system had stopped working and that my plants (including Palm Trees) were on their last limb, he immediately expressed his understanding of my emergency. Instead of questioning my ability to know whether or not my system was on he said that could fit me into his schedule and gave me a price base. He came out the same afternoon that I spoke with him and went above and beyond to get the job done. I highly recommend Chris and would hire him again. His customer service skills and level of care and concern for his customers is off of the charts!

Chris was very professional, prompt, courteous, up front on the cost & let me know how long he thinks it will take. He found out the reason my sprinkler system wasn’t working is because of a wire that was cut. He went to pick up a piece he needed to rewire & get my water system working. I haven’t found too many people as good not only in his work but a great guy. I will definitely use Amazon again!

Chris is very friendly/professional and knowledgeable individual. He knows landscaping!!! Chris designed an amazing landscaping design for my front yard. Beautiful stone work was added to my flower beds, an irrigation system was also added for the flower beds. To top it off Chris added landscape lighting to my yard. My yard is absolutely breath taking!!! Might I add I got yard of the month, thanks to Chris's talented eye for landscaping!

Entire process went very smoothly. Chris was prompt to arrive, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. He helped us plan out our new flower beds with the perfect plants and irrigation. He even moved our entire sprinkler controls so that we could have a new slab poured. I was very pleased with all the work and the prices were great.

We felt like we got personalized service and a landscape design that we really wanted. We met with the owner, Chris, and he designed a landscape and sprinkler package that worked with our budget. What you see on their website gallery is what we expected and they surely did not disappoint! Lastly, our house has an older sprinkler system, but Chris modified it to get 100% coverage.

Chris was helpful and very knowledgeable. While the fix was a simple one, he took his time and provided a range of options and pricing for improving performance. He also discovered some tricky wiring in our control box and made good recommendations for getting the most out of our system.
