"I am sorry to hear you are unsatisfied with our service. We told you prior to coming to your home we were not able to provide the necessary repair for your gate operator if it involved the underground pressure sensors. We do not work on the underground sensors or do driveway construction. We offered to come out and diagnose the problem at no charge to you, or you could call another company. You chose to have us come out to see if it was a repair we could assist you with. Unfortunately the underground pressure sensor was the problem. You then wanted to purchase three remotes so you could bypass the sensors. We provided three compatible remotes and programmed them and they were working fine when we left. You then called back and requested exact brand name remotes which we ordered and came back out with no service charge fees and replaced the prior remotes with the specific ones you wanted and programmed them. They were also working when we left. The only fees you were charged were for the three remotes that were working when we were there each time. The remotes are not defective and so there is no refund. I feel that we have gone beyond the average company in an attempt to make you happy."
