they were very professional from the beginning. They located the leak and explainded the process from beginnig to end. the guys preped my house to keep it clean and did the repair without disrupting our routines.. They cleaned up behind themselves. and did excalltly what they had explained

I called this company to get an estimate for a plumbing job. The company that we hired to turn our gas off gave us this company as a recommendation. When I called the company they told me that there would be an initial fee of $350.00 for them to come out and give me an estimate. That gave me a red flag, but I called them anyway because of the gas company. The company came out and I paid them the $350.00. They estimated the work to be around $3,200.00. They encoureged me to get a couple of other bids. I called 2 other companies and their estimates were more than half the cost of All Around Plumbing for $1,400.00 and free estimates. I had the lower estimates do the work. I called the company and spoke to the receptionist expressing my disdain for the high quote I received from the company. She said that the manager will call me back. He never did, so my wife called. He was belligerent. My wife told him that the price he gave us for the estimate was unethical. His response was that it may be unethical, but it's not illegal. He said if we tried to stop the check that he would have the attorney general all over us. I told him that all I wanted to do was resolve the situation, so I wouldn't have to report him to Angie's List or the BBB. His response was to, "Go ahead and do it."
