"(Member name removed), I just read your review of my Service for Rodent control that was done on ((8/1914)) which came with a 90 day warranty with one scheduled follow-up app. I explained to you on my first visit to your home, if you wished for me to come out anymore with in the 90 days then just give me a call (no extra charges). I also explained to you about being close to Lake Lewisville, Mice and Rats are around and that animal life is becoming Urbanized. the Neighborhood that you live in was just finished being built out this summer (2014). There is a street wash-out drain that is close to your drive way that runs underground to the lake that becomes a highway for Rodents. I also talked to you about getting a quarterly treatment were pricing would be more cost affiliation not just for rodents but also for pest control(bugs). With all this Said I am a small Family Run Business with a A+ rating on the BBB. I am always willing to work with my customers as long as they are willing to communicate with me . In this case I fell you have not done that, before posting something on Angie's list , If you wish I will come to your home and go over my services with you again and give you (1) follow-up treatment (no charge) even though you put this post up on 12/29and 30th /2014 little over a full Month after your warranty was up. As for Your concern on pricing many companies will give you a low price over the phone and when they show up they tack on the cost for the boxes that is needed to protect pets from the bait to kill rodents, charge for every follow up needed and will only service your home if you sign a contract. However when I called I was told they do not service Anna and that Mckinney is as far north as they go. Company needs to update their service areas on both Angies List and BBB.
