Having bought our house new in 2018, we've struggled to get comfortable temperatures in our home throughout the seasons. The summers would be brutally hot with 70%+ humidity in our home. I called Air Repair Pro's for a quote on a new system, thinking that simply replacing it would help, but they went a step further, recognizing and identifying the inefficiency of the new construction install including insufficient returns and ductwork. Not only did the replace our overtaxed "builder grade" system with a top of the line unit, the did the extra work of adding more returns and improving ductwork to ensure maximum comfort! With their expertise, our home is now 100% more comfortable and best of all, my electric bills have been nearly halved! Thank you JP and Air Repair Pro's!!

Starting using Air Repair pros this year. This was the fourth time they visited. Each service call they did a great job. This last call they were out the same day when AC stopped working in the summer. Luckily just needed capacitor replaced. Definitely recommend.

DO NOT WORK WITH AIR REPAIR. I hired Air Repair to install a new Air Conditioning unit and purchased the recurring protection plan Air Repair offers. Upon installation my unit promptly began clogging up, requiring consistent maintenance from Air Repair. The first few times this occurred, a valve in the AC shut off the unit preventing flooding and structural damage. But less than a month after an Air Repair tech came out to clear the previous clog, the unit clogged again. This time the valve did not shut off the AC unit and it flooded our house (current cost estimates are over $30,000 for replacement and repair). I again called Air Repair and asked them to explain why my living room was now a lake. Air Repair tech Ryan B. said that the valve should have shut off the AC and prevented flooding (as it had before). I noted that the valve did not work and again asked what happened to cause this. Ryan stated he would guess it was an error in installation or maintenance of the device. When I contacted the Customer Experience manager Kara, her explanation was that the valve worked as intended and that Air Repair bears no responsibility for what occurred. I noted this seems to be incorrect; if the valve had worked the flooding should not have occurred. Kara again reiterated that Air Repair accepts no responsibility for what occurred. To summarize: - Air Repair installs valve - Air Repair maintains valve - Valve malfunctions, causing catastrophic damage - Air Repair tech says root cause of issues was installation or maintenance of the valve - Air Repair corporate says the valve worked fine and accepts no responsibility for what occurred I have never had a company attempt to gaslight me like this. I cannot believe that Air Repair would leave their customers in the lurch after they have caused so much damage. Even as I write this up, I have a hard time fathoming their justification. And due to my poor decision to hire Air Repair, I am stuck interacting with them until this is fully resolved. Save yourself the trouble. Its better to spend a summer in Texas without AC than it is to work with a company like Air Repair.

"We're sorry you left our company with such a bad perception of it. Our focus is always to do what is right for the customer. We have exhausted all ways to explain why the leak occurred and that our services and installed parts were not the cause. We understand that home damage is devastating, and the cost can be too, but that does not mean we are financially responsible."

Got 3 company estimates. Air Repair was only one to charge a fee. Not only did they not tell me there was a trip charge until after tech was finished they charged me a $199 diagnostic fee without telling me there would be a fee to look at the system.

Installation of AC went fine and is working well. My issue is the customer service - condescending and unhelpful. The tech who sold me the AC said I'd get a year of Comfort Club for free. Well guess he never confirmed that so when I called the office and spoke with Amanda about it, she acted like I was stupid because was already a member of Comfort Club prior to buying the AC unit, so I was not eligible. That perk was only for people that didn't have the membership BEFORE buying the AC. She said she'd have to speak to that tech because he needed some coaching, but would "make it right" and call me back. NO one ever called me back. I called back and she forgot all about telling me that. Their response has been that they sent me an email with a "proposal that was in [my] favor", but they were unable to reach me. I have not received any email - even double checked the spam. So, have they followed up with an email or call to remedy the situation? Nope. I requested to cancel this Comfort Club over a week ago now, without response.

We could not be happier with our experience with Air Repair. Our upstairs a/c went out over the weekend. We waited until Monday to call - Air Repair was the only of 4 companies to call us back. We called at 12:30, they said they'd be out between 1-3, our doorbell rang at 12:55. Chris was excellent. He quoted us, said his crew was in Plano finishing a job and would be here before 3. Our a/c was replaced and cleaned up before 5pm. Excellent service! When our downstairs a/c dies (hopefully no time soon), we'll only call Air Repair.

Air Repair saves the day again!! My air conditioner went out so I called Todd at Air Repair and within 20 minutes he and Jon were at my front door. The circuit board needed to be replaced. They quickly repaired it and cool air is flowing once again. Thank you Air Repair - you are awesome!

First time I ran into this guy was at Home Depot at some point and time and was asking him some a/c questions I had about having the unit serviced and so. He was very honest and said you really don't have to have it done every year, every so often is sufficient or just when you notice something going wrong or not working correctly. I was so thrilled he was so honest with me and gave me the advice I needed so I got his card. On 8-5-09 we had the company come out for a service call to re-charge our a/c and I got a good vibe from him then. He gave me an estimate for replacement which was like $7000 at that time. They seemed honest, didn't try to throw in all this other stuff that needed to be done and they did what they needed to and left. He warned me that the systems is probably getting pretty close to needing to be replaced and if we needed them for anything else to just give them a call.
Sure enough on 7/27/2010 he was right. Our a/c unit took an un-repairable turn and was going to have to be replaced. At the time he recommended just replacing the whole systems because several of the a/c vendors were trying to change over to pur-ron instead of freon. He explained that in order to do that we would need to replace both systems. We ended up going with a 4 ton system I believe 13 seer. He offered 10 yr warranty on the compressor, 5 years on parts and 2 years on labor. He also cleaned out the main drains and air locked the system. We ended up paying half down and were able to finance the rest over time. I would use this company again in a heart beat and have no problem recommending them to my friends.
**At this time we still haven't had any issues or warranty problems, but I'm sure they would come over and take care of it if we did because they seemed like those kind of folks. Pat on the back to seemingly honest people because now days they aren't so easy to come by!!!

After Air Repair came out to tell me that I needed new AC unit, I told repairman that I would get back to him. He had quoted me $4990.00. After hearing my story, a friend of ours gave me the name of a friend that could come to our house and check the very same AC unit. Much to our surprise.....the only thing that was not operable in the unit was the capacitor of which the friend replaced for $200.00! the friend even showed me the old part and what to look for. That overall repair took about 10 minutes and alot less than $4990.00. Moral to my story.... Do not use these people.
