Two of three air-conditioners were not working after returning from a vacation. They were prompt in having someone to come to the house to explain the various options for replacement. They were able to install the two air-conditioners in one day, working diligently all day. The supervisor inspected everything and went over the operation of the new units. The only working air-conditioner was inspected and needed minor repairs. There was no pressure to replace it and encouraged to use it until it no longer worked. I would highly recommend the company.

Randy was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of both units, a much more complete job than previous contractors. He replaced a bad capacitor in the smaller unit, and added Freon (8 lbs. total) to both units. He than did a final test on both units. Total cost included AC Check and Heating Check to be scheduled in the Fall as well as repair and Freon. Randy was excellent and I was impressed with the thoroughness of his work and the time spent on the job.

Extremely satisfied with their service. We called Air Masters out in June (2017) because our AC was no longer blowing cold. Our system was 19 years old so we knew it would only be a matter of time. However, to get through the hot months of summer we had them refill the Freon since it was low (and likely leaking). They only charged me for 3lbs of it even though it took 4lbs total. Very nice of them since the old Freon is fairly expensive. This got us through the hot months. Just this week (early October) the system stopped blowing cold again. I called and asked to speak to the same guy (Jose) who came out last time. The message was relayed and Jose called me back within 20 minutes. He was able to schedule a replacement of our system in one days time. They came out that Friday, arrived on time, and we had an entire new system up and running 8 hours later. It could not have gone any smoother. They were clean, quiet and very professional. Not only did they give me a very fair deal on a great, high efficiency system, but Jose even put our Freon purchase earlier that summer towards our new system purchase! FYI, they offer a nice discount if you pay cash. We are extremely happy with our new system and even more happy to say that we've found a local company that we can count on and trust for years to come, which is hard to come by these days. This company is also listed on Google for which they also get consistently good reviews. I'll be recommending them to all of my local friends and family.

The technician arrived on time, but was not terribly friendly. Seemed like he was having a bad day... but it's ok, we all do. It seemed like he did everything that was required but at the same time, he did finish very quickly, 20-30 minutes maybe. He didn't say that anything was wrong or needed attention after his inspection, but... later on, after a couple weeks of requesting my invoice, I found out that there several things noted on it where it said I had declined his recommendations. Fast forward to a week ago, the A/C unit has stopped working. I can say that this gentleman did not thoroughly do his job nor did he make any of the recommendations that he wrote down in person.

They called in advance of the appointment time, and showed up promptly. They did the contracted inspection, checking both in the attic and exterior unit. They found one needed repair (unfortunately for me!), but they had the part and had everything fixed in no time.

It did not go well. I called them to do the tune up. One of the things they had to do was top off the coolant or anything that's missing and what they did was identifiying the problem. What I was told was there was some kind of leak that was happening and that I had to get it fixed and it was going to be a couple of thousand of dollars. I called in my home warranty guys and they took a look and said they could fix it and they did. They said the previous guy did not top off the coolant and that's why the A/C was acting up. They didn't follow up. They didn't say any other way to fix it. They didn't fix anything, they just looked at the unit and said you need to replace it. They didn't touch anything.

Randy and team came to the rescue on a Friday afternoon when my unit died. Not only were they here super fast, they had a crew available to replace my unit that evening - and I had air conditioning by dark! At a time that was very stressful, he was patient, showed me exactly why my current unit died and explained what all they would be replacing. While this was an unplanned expense at the worst time (the heat of the summer!), I feel great about my purchase. 100 degree + day. With 2 units, it was not an 'emergency' that we have it back in service immediately -- but the entire job was complete within about 2 1/2 hours of when I called. Very satisfied and the cost was very reasonable.

My furnace wouldn't turn on, so I searched on Angie's list for contractors closest to me. I sent air masters a message from the AL app and they returned my message in a few minutes and within an hour came out and evaluated the issue and replaced the part.
