Overall they're great! They sprayed around the foundation and the lawn, clean up the spiderwebs. Overall I'm satisfied with the work.

Corey arrived 10 mins early and was quick to get started. He provided a brief overview of the steps he was going to perform to address a location in our home that contained termites. He was friendly, professional and was quick to get the job done. He reviewed the process and what to expect in the next 30 to 45 days. He left us confident that the problem was address and didn't try to oversell us on additional services. I would highly recommend Addison Pest Control.

after trapping one rat and poisoning another, they wanted $100 every time they came back; too much given $400 up front.

"We are very thankful for this customers business. He had a mild rat issue and had substantially navigated the problem by himself. We were very happy to provide exclusion work for this customers whereby we closed up entry points where rats were entering his home. Climbing on a steep roof was a little risky, so the customer did hire us to do that work. Between the customers Do It Yourself efforts and our exclusion work, we successfully helped him solve his rat problem!"

They showed up on time and we showed them the situation. We had rodents in our attic.
They set out bait and traps to get rid of them.
We have two dogs. It was made very clear that we couldn't put anything where the dogs could get to it. They assured us traps and bait would be secured to the top of the fence - away from the dogs. After the technician left, the dogs went outside...and about an hour later we realized that all the bait and poison was on the ground. The dogs ate all of it.
Our vet bills (including blood transfusions) were insane - but necessary. Addison Extermination ignored our calls and request for reimbursement. It was not until late April that we got a check. The check only covered the extermination fees. It did not cover any vet bills.
Our dogs are alive and well these days, but I will never recommend this company to anyone.

It went great. Mr. Turley, the owner personally visited us and gave us a very thorough plan to treat our home. The gentleman that came and treated my home was very professional and did a excellent job.
