Worst company every. They provide terrible advice to the board, who has implemented very restriction leasing policies and have eliminated any possibility of doing Air B&B or selling to an investor. Limiting rental units to 30% of the neighborhood and very excessive fines and fees.

Two years I received a letter stating my trashcan was out front and in violation of our HOA policy. It was not my trashcan but my neighbors (away on vacation) and that A gusty windy day had blown down in between our property. I called 4 Sight to tell them it was not mine and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and the warning letter would stay in my file. Last year I received a letter saying I needed to remove the dead tree from my yard as I was in violation of our HOA policy. My lawn maintenance crew was trimming a tree and took a break for lunch and that was when the inspector came by. I once again called 4 Sight and was told there’s nothing they can do and the warning letter would remain in my file. I received a letter a few days ago saying my flowerbeds and tree rings had weeds in them and was in violation of our HOA policy. Once again I called 4 Sight and told them I looked in my yard and could not find an issue and would appreciate the inspector showing me what the issue is on his next day out so I could resolve it. I called a day after the inspector should have been out to say I had not seen anyone and they said the inspector saw there was a lawn maintenance crew on sight and thought the violation would be corrected. I explained to Christy they were only trimming the trees and hedges and were not doing any flower bed or tree ring weed removal so it would not be resolved since I haven’t been told specifically where the issue is and I see no weeds. Christy told me the inspector is not allowed to leave his car so he couldn’t come and tell me but that they would follow up on the next inspection and then Christy hung up the phone on me as I was trying to ask if they could call me so I could come outside since the inspector can’t leave his car. I am going in circles here and cannot get any resolution with this horrible property management company.

4 sight was hired by our HOA to manage our Neighborhood (Foxwood Glen). They always are late to respond, never do inspections. I moved to this neighborhood approximately 4 yrs ago and the cleanliness of the this area was one of my reasons. Since 4 Sight have taken over our neighborhood is one the ugliest areas around. In our yearly meeting( November 2017), we exposed these problem areas to them and to the date they have not change. DO NOT CONTRACT 4 SIGHT FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

Their job is pretty straightforward--handle billing, accept payments, and communicate with residents. Unfortunately, 4Sight is a massive failure on all three counts. They're slow to process my payments and tack on bogus late fees, even though I've always sent my payments on time. I have to chase them down to get info about my account. Their favorite answers to everything are "It was in the email." and "You'll have to ask the board." Um...the "board" hired you to manage resident accounts, remember? When I call the office--which I have several times in the course of trying to resolve a simple billing issue--the staff is rude and confrontational. Six months later, I'm still dealing with the same problem because my first request got mysteriously "lost." HOAs, beware of 4Sight and their sloppy invoicing, lousy customer service, and possibly predatory billing practices.
