We called up this provider and ask for their services. They said they would call us back coz their specialist was busy. We called them back a day later . Still the same response. It's been 3 days now we are yet to receive any communications.

The billing department is not outstanding but they work that they perform is outstanding. There were a couple weeks where they forgot to show up but once I called they started showing up again. I believe this was a back office glitch in regards to not billing me correctly. Someone is supposed to be calling me back today on this.

Things started well, we were happy with the initial installation and the responsiveness of the team and owner. As basic maintenance issues (dying plants) began to surface, they became increasingly non responsive. Emails were not replied to in full or in part. Requests for service were not addressed. We terminated the relationship after less than one year.

They do a fabulous job. They were timely, they worked until the job was finished, they cleaned up when they were done which was very good since they did a truckload of mulch.
