After having a bad experience with a different company we were hesitant to try again. I read the reviews on Mary and her team and decided to give them a try. They are prompt, professional and thorough and all the ladies have been very friendly and pleasant! They are now coming by every 2 weeks and will be doing so going forward. They sent 3 ladies who cleaned areas and things no other company did before. Not even with the deep cleaning they make you pay for the first visit. Besides that, they were nice, quick and never stop working. My wife was very happy, even though she is very picky with this things.

They charged us double without asking us if we wanted the extra cleaning done. They never gave us a receipt.

I was not home at the time of cleaning. But I request a deep dive clean matter the cost. I ended up still dust and clean same day of service. I wanted someone that I could have biweekly, I will continue to search.

I was contacted after the no show. The company was apologetic and said there had been a miscommunication with their employees about the schedule. They offered to reschedule and a free cleaning.

overall a good experience. it did take them a little longer to complete the job but they did ask approval before completing and charging for the extra time. very polite and i liked that they brought their own supplies and equipment. would hire them again.

Maids were weak on English and tried to get out of things that the company said they did. Refused to do the oven cleaning. I redid a lot of what they did poorly. Spoke to owner afterwards and she was willing to redo everything for free but I am not much on second chances after blowing the first impression.

Terrible customer service and only 2 ladies showed up and were over 2 hours late. They did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish and they had no idea what I wanted done.
