About a year later, same thing happened. Power supply goes out and video card as well. I told them I wanted a better video card it they had to replace it, and I would pay for it. They put a decent power supply, it's quieter and not as hot. They replaced the video card, and did not charge me.
I suppose I should give them a better rating, but to me they were just average. I did not warm to their "sales attitude." Flat affect, didn't say a lot, etc. I guess that is expected as they are computer geeks. They did average work, and I could say that is all that what I expected was for them to fix my problem.
I will use them again but only if i have to.
