replacement windows
+ -1 moreThey were really hard to work with. It was months before they did a window, and then it was 6 months before they came back and did other windows, and then another 3 months again. They eventually got all the windows done. They are nice windows, and they are triple pane glass, but I am not used to people working like that. We ordered windows in September, and we didn't hear from them until March, and we had paid for them. I had been speaking with the owner for a while, but there was a different man who answered the phone towards the end. I told him if they were not going to finish the job I was going to write to the Better Business Bureau and was also going to talk to my lawyer about filing some kind of suit against them. About 3 weeks later they came out and finished the job. We had asked them about gutters,and they said they would give us the price but they never got round to doing that. I don't think anybody should be doing business like that. The price was good, and that was one of the reasons why we ow with them. We have found out that although we paid for the city inspector to come out and view the work, they never informed the city, so either we have to fight them, or just pay the $200.00 for the city inspection.
Description of Work: We used Trinity Works. They did our windows.

Description of Work: New tile roof and repairs to interior from Ike damage. They subcontracted the roof and it was completed with an engineer's report. The subcontractor for the inside only half way did the job, did not match the existing paint, did not patch the texture, etc. Trinity stated that they would complete the repairs as they were already paid. They have not done so and have ceased the communications.
