THIS WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. HE MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO COME TO OUR HOUSE AT 5:30 ON JUNE 14TH. NEVER CAME. CALLED THAT EVENING AROUND 9:00 TO SAY THAT HE HAD TRIED TO CALL, BUT NO ONE WAS HOME. I LEFT AROUND 8:00 TO RUN AN ERRAND, HE WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE COME 2 1/2 HOURS EARLIER AND DIDN'T SHOW OR CALL. WE SET UP OUR NEXT APPOINTMENT FOR SAT BETWEEN 8:00 & 9:00 A.M. MY HUSBAND HUNG AROUND THE HOUSE WAITING FOR HIM UNTIL ABOUT 1:00 P.M. ONCE AGAIN NO CALL TO SAY HE WOULD BE LATE. HE LOOKED AT THE ICE MAKER AND SAID HE NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART. IT SHOULD BE HERE BY MONDAY. HE CALLED ON THURSDAY TO SET UP A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN BEFORE 9:00 A.M. MY HUSBAND WAITED UNTIL ABOUT 2:00 FOR HIM. NEVER CAME OR CALLED. WE WASTED 2 SATURDAYS WAITING ON HIM. STILL HAS NOT COME OR CALLED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HE GETS A BIG FAT "F" FROM ME.
