Our fence fell during a bad storm and this fencing company was recommended by the owner of the rental house we are sharing the neighboring fence with. The contractor Blake Trevino came by the same day, made his measurements and provided a quote which was $35/linear ft of Cedar fence, and was promised that the job will be completed the following weekend. Everything was smooth sailing until the actual job started. The owner Blake Trevino said he was going to start the day after Memorial Day, he showed up, stayed for a few minutes and told my husband that he will be back but he never came back. Hungover? Likely! His excuse? It started raining. That's fine and dandy but he left the materials all Willy Nilly in front of our garage. He's lucky no one stole them. A couple of days later, he returns and tore down the old fence, dug holes for the new post and frames. Meanwhile, he started not showing up, always gave random excuses on a daily that prevented him from completing our fence at the designated time frame and all the while our backyard and the neighbors was exposed. This went on for 3 weeks then he said he is finally "done." However one of the gates he fixed was set up to open over a flower bed, and another gate won’t stay shut and had huge gaps. Also he never dug out the old posts from the ground. Numerous times that my husband had to remind him and he said “he’s on it.”Seriously! What made him think this is acceptable? He blamed his worker for the mistake and was promised he will fix it asap “110%.”It was torn down, and again exposed our yard. His workers left scrap wood and their tools all over my neighbors side of the yard. My husband had to put the orange netting himself because he didn't do it. That redo took a whole week and when it was finally completed, it was still not done properly. Again we told him it needed to be fixed properly and he eventually ghosted us and thought knocking off $100 off justified the shoddy fence work he left us with. At one point he showed up in flip flops! Who shows up in flip flops at a job site?? You know what happens next- of course he stubbed his toe with a nail or something and had to go home, and disappeared yet again. Lesson learned on our end. I 100% do not recommend Blake Treviño with T2 fencing for any of your fencing needs!
