Star Bright Pool Care

Star and her amazing technician, Kent, had my pool equipment back up and running in no time after the freeze last week. We have had the pleasure of using this company for many, many years and we are so grateful for their constant professional and personal care. Thanks Star and Kent!!

I've had to call a number of times to have the pool re-cleaned after it's weekly cleaning because the job hadn't been done well.  We paid thousands of dollars for a heater (recommended by this company) which still does not function and there is always and excuse on their end as to why (another part is needed, it's the wiring, etc.) Now, for the second time in less than a month, the pump is broken and they want to charge a service call fee to come look at something which should have been fixed properly the first time. No thanks. We're tired of just giving them money to keep their business afloat.

I had Star Pool replaster my pool.  Their were numeroussmall problems with the quality of the work, mistakes with the tile, the installer using channel lock pliers on plastic parts, and platering over the holes were the spa light is attached. I had to refill my spa three times due to these issues,  But the worst is that the plaster began to crack within 1 month of the job.  It's now September and they still haven't replastered the botched job or given me a refund.  Right now all Star pool is doing is delaying and passing the buck.

The approximate cost includes tax, every Thursday. I've been using their services for about a year. Overall, the experience has been very good. Whenever I have a question, they're always responsive and do not avoid any issues that might come up. I haven't had anything to compare them to, but I'm pleased with them so far.

They come out every Thursday at 11:00. They are good about being punctual. I have explicit faith in the technician knowing what he is doing. The pool is always clean when we get there. I have never had a problem with them. It will be a year that we have been using them. I am very pleased with them. They are very reasonable in price. If I ever have any concerns then they will take care of it. They do a good job.
