We went in there, we got a hold of the sales woman. She seem to know what she was talking about. I liked her.  I have no complaints. I didn't have any problems with it really. She was very understanding of the problem. We were very upset when we came in there because our fairly new refrigerator just quit. In fact it burned up, I had to call the fire department. It was irritating, I had gotten that thing from another store, but I never did actually get back with them about it. She said just get a good refrigerator. It was really helpful to get somebody in there that knew she was selling us a good quality product. We were pretty disgusted when we got there. She made us feel better.

I would use them again in future.

I'm not much of a Sears fan, but this was an excellent experience. We went to the store and gave the salesperson our requirements (Casmira).? She was exceptionally nice and helpful.? They had lots of fridges on the floor.? She showed us four or five they had that met our needs.? We had another option so went home to decide.? When back and bought our choice.? Two days later it was delivered.? We got a call the night before that it would be delivered between 9:15am and 11:15am the next morning (I know, odd times).? The delivery guys showed up about 9:30.? They also were pleasant and cheerful.? The put the new one in and moved the old one out in about 20 minutes.? In summary, the entire transaction was easy and good.
