I was a resident at this property for several years. The neighbors are great but, it is not a very safe place to live. Upper management refuses to spend any money to keep things safe. My apartment was covered in mold and nothing was done about it. My apt. flooded twice and they still refused to replace the carpet. The carpet was 11 years old. Please if you move here you check inside the air vents. At least you'll get a better idea of what i'm talking about. Helen is a wonderful lady but, unfortunately is required to do more than manage the place.
