A home inspector noted some issues with the breaker box that needed fixing. I emailed Billy with the inspector's report and he was able to give me an estimate. The job was done while I was at work so I'm not sure how long it took but everything looks good.

Billy said he would send someone first thing in the morning, and that is what he did. The tech was professional, wore booties to protect my carpet and quickly changed both units out. He showed me where on this style unit the battery door for future backup battery changeout is located. To me the original $285 price seemed a bit high, but with the Angie’s List discount it was worth it to have the work completed before the next house guest arrives later today.

RES did an excellent job. I called Billy, he came out the same day, and gave me an estimate that evening. It took about a week to get the job scheduled due to logistics and rain. They had to hand dig a trench across my backyard and into my neighbor's yard where the transformer was installed. Billy kept me informed of every step. He and his workers showed up on time and worked about a day and a half. I now have a much nicer installation to my meter than my original 30 year old installation. When Centerpoint came out to look at their transformer, they neglected to tell me that they could run temporary power to my meter. Billy mentioned almost as soon as I saw him. It was a lifesaver since I had no AC and the temperature was in the mid 90"s. I have already recommended RES to several of my friends.

We bought a house which needed considerable electrical service needed. The crews (at least two electricians were always present) were always prompt and worked hard throughout the day. They crawled through the attic during the heat of the day and trudged through mud after a rainstorm while staying courteous and friendly the whole time. Billy and his crew were also thorough in explaining everything to me; even someone with limited understanding of electrical systems could comprehend what was happening. Additionally, Billy was always quick to respond by phone, email, and text message. All work was impeccable, and they caught and fixed many problems that were not initially caught. I have complete confidence in the workmanship of RES, and they will be my first phone call with any additional electrical needs I might have in the future.

It went splendidly well. Robert arrived right on time and got to work right away. He had both fan controllers replaced and installed in a manner of minutes. He was very professional. He even removed his street shoes and left them on the porch before entering the house.I would most definitely recommend this company to someone needing electrical work done and yes, I would hire them again if the need arises. They were very responsive to my needs and had someone out here the very next day. Great service!

It was was a joy to work with them. From the first telephone call to the completed job, they were extremely professional and always concerned about the quality of work. Billy Mendoza was quick to respond whenever we called. The quote we received was very reasonable and after watching the problems that the guys had removing the old light boxes the quote was remarkable. They are always respectful of myself and my home during the job. They did not leave until they were sure my job was completed to my satisfaction. They are the best. I would recommend them to anyone

RES came out to check out system. Ismael did all the work & he was very meticulously checking everything. He found a few wires which had nicks in them, so for now, it is assumed they were the problem. He suggested not replacing the breaker now, but to see if the his repairs will keep the breaker from tripping. He was very friendly and worked continuously to investigate the problem. He was a very clean worker, which was appreciated. He also arrived right on time. I would use this company & Ismael again.

I HIGHLY recommend Residential Electrical Services. Billy and his team are highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. The team worked together smoothly and they really appeared to enjoy what they are doing. The major repair was the electrical panel box and breakers. There were other electrical issues with the condo which they found and fixed. I felt they listened to my concerns. Communication was great with calls returned quickly. Office staff very helpful.

Due to the big storm, they were pretty busy and it took a few days for them to be able to come out and do the work. But they kept me updated and let me know they were busy at the time but would get to me as soon as possible. I really appreciated they let me know they didn't forget about me. I was very pleased with the work, they pretty much knew what the problem was before they came out just from my description and they were able to complete the work quickly. Due to the damage from the lightening I plan on doing as they suggested and getting surge protection for my home.

Checked AFCI Breaker. Checked wall sconces and light switches in media room and found the issue. Resolved problem. Spent 1.5 hrs at the house figuring out the issue and resolving it.
