An appointment was made for the showing but they did not show and did not call to cancel.  I work from home and have two young children so it is always an inconvenience to show the property.  They also need a two hour window and the house takes less than 15 minutes to show. So we were out of the house for two hours for a showing that never was.

I am getting older and wanted to buy a smaller home with less yard work.   When I contacted O'Farrell Realty both Drew O'Farrell and Debra Moorehead helped with the sale of my home in Friendswood and the purchase of my home in Alvin. With their help,  I found the perfect cute little old timey home and with some work it is going to be exactly what I want.
The O'Farrell office is comfortable and appealing, everyone is nice and you are always greeted and assisted immediately. When you first enter the office, you can see the selection of  properties for sale pictured.  Many are gorgeous mansions.  But my small purchase and sale was handled with just as much courtesy and care as if I were buying a much more expensive home.

Debra Moorehead provided help and explanations, as it had been almost 30 years since I had purchased a home so she helped me understand the process.
And she handled the sale of my Friendswood home as well.   Even in today's difficult market, her expertise and marketing skills sold my house in just a few weeks!
