An appointment was made for the showing but they did not show and did not call to cancel. I work from home and have two young children so it is always an inconvenience to show the property. They also need a two hour window and the house takes less than 15 minutes to show. So we were out of the house for two hours for a showing that never was.

Debra Moorehead provided help and explanations, as it had been almost 30 years since I had purchased a home so she helped me understand the process. And she handled the sale of my Friendswood home as well. Even in today's difficult market, her expertise and marketing skills sold my house in just a few weeks!
