My husband ordered a shed for our backyard and was quoted 6-10 weeks for
delivery. After about 12 weeks, my husband called to inquire when we
might be expecting our building we had paid in full for.  They told us
they were delayed. No matter how often we tried to call and talk to a
manager, we were stonewalled. Eventually, after over 16 weeks, we got a hold of a customer
service person who told us they would get our building in the queue and
we should expect it in another 6-8 weeks which was amazing because it was supposed to be delivered before this.                         We had had it at that point.
When we attempted to cancel the order and get our money back, we were
told the sale was non-refundable. They refused to give us our money back
and offered to give us a free work bench or window on a shed we a) did not want on it and b) figured
they were never going to deliver.  We had to resort to letting our
credit card company handle the matter and thankfully they succeeded in
getting a refund. We would NEVER attempt to use them again. Bad customer
service, bad communication, bad news. Bad reviews on various social media sites should
have warned us not to do business with them.

We purchased a hot tub from Morgans Spa at the Houston Rodeo. We were told the hot tub would be delivered in 3-5 weeks. We have receieved nothing but one run around story after another about the maunfacturer being out of the fiberglass we wanted to being out of a part. We finally contacted the General Manager who sold us the hot tub. They called us and told us we would have our hot tub delivered the following week. That day comes and goes the guy comes out to my house with some other color samples saying they have discontinued the color of fiberglass we want and tries to get us to take a demo hot tub. I stated no I want the hot tub we ordered or a refund (which we have been asking for a refund and I had even been to their office to complete paperwork asking for a refund). He states he will check with the plant to see when the fiberglass will be available. That was the last time I have heard anything from them and that was mid June. I am filing a suit against them to get my money back. I have heard I am not the only one waiting on a hot tub from the rodeo. However, they keep selling hot tubs.

Got a Quote for a building June 6, 2010 and paid $1000 down. After a day or 2, the salesman said that the factory had raised prices by $800 on June 1, 2010 and therefore would not sell the building at the contract price. He then tried to talk me out of a $680 service included in the contract. I declined and said they should abide by the contract or cancel the deal. They said they could not sell at the contract price so on or about June 15 we canceled to deal and requested our $1000 down payment back. I said I could not do business with a company that would not stand by their contract. They agreed to the cancellation.. After a week I sent an email requesting a contact at Morgan to check the status of the refund. There was no response. I sent a second email later and got no response. I then called the local office on June 29, 2010 and they said that the refund application had been filed June 25, 2010. If the refund has not been made by July 6, I will take further action. I am hopeful that the refund will come on time and we can part on a friendly basis.

THEY CALLED TO SET UP THE DELIVERY TIME FOR A WEDNESDAY AM... I CALLED THEM @ 12:00 PM TO FIND OUT WHERE THEY WERE. THEY SAID THEY WERE RUNNING LATE DUE TO A BUILDING THAT HAD NOT BEEN FINISHED FROM TUESDAY. SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY. THEN @ 2:30 PM THEY CALLED ME BACK TO SAY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME, FRUSTRATED I ASKED THEM TO PUT ME ON THE LIST FOR FIRST DELIVERY THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY, THEY ASSURED ME IT WOULD BE DONE. THE DAY CAME, SO I CALLED THEM @ 9:00 AM TO VERIFY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE BETWEEN 12:00 PM AND 5:00 PM... THIS REALLY TICKED ME OFF, I EXPLAINED TO THE LADY ON THE PHONE WHAT HAD HAPPENED THE PREVIOUS WEEK AND THAT I WAS READY TO CANCEL THE WHOLE THING... SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO TELL ME AND ASKED IF I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER, I SAID OF COURSE... I FINALLY SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND GOT THINGS RESOLVED, BUT IT WAS ALL VERY FRUSTRATING.
