First time I've used Mainline. Selected based on Angie's List reviews and location. Responded quickly with quote based on pictures I sent, and comparison with similar company with good reviews confirmed good price. Technicians who measured, and then installed assembly were very professional, wore masks, and observed physical distancing. Workmanship was excellent on what seemed to be a challenging installation, and was done very efficiently. Definitely recommend.

They were late both days and made job go to a third day, it should have been done in about 4 hours but they would show up at 5 pm and work 1 hr then have to come back The new frame looks good but leaks Hade to silicone seal it myself

They came out on Sunday to provide an estimate, cleaned up the broken window, installed a temporary pane of glass, and then installed the permanent window on Monday. I was very pleased with the responsiveness, especially on the weekend, and their service was top notch. I would use them again in the future.

They told me the entire process would take around 2-3 days once the glass is ordered. Well this was done on 9/26 and I am still waiting for them to install the glass as of today, 10/7. They have no problem collecting the money up front but I still have no windows. I have enough going on as I need to replace the glass due to I am selling the house so trying to get this done and packing has not been an easy task. All I want is the new glass on the windows.

How did it go? Leeann spent a lot of time showing me options and letting me think through what I really wanted in the very small space I was working with. And this was all done with messaging since Mainline is in the process of changing location. The installers came within the time frame scheduled, and did a great job. I am very pleased and will use Mainline again.

The work went very well. They responded quickly to my call and they even looked at pictures I transmitted to them. The needed item was in stock, and they did the work just a day or two later. Mike & Mike were organized and carried out the work in an efficient manner. Their price was much better than competitors', I would definitely use then again.

Had an appointment from 12-2 pm. Got a call at 12:30 that they were running 2 hours behind. They showed up 30 minutes later (inside the original window). They were very polite and did the job in less than 30 minutes. Very courteous guys. Would definitely use them again.

They quoted me $200 and then charged me $220. They showed up on time and replaced the two panes very quickly. The guys were nice. Only complaint is they charged more than they quoted. I would use them again.

Initially, everything went fine. I was able to schedule a time for them to come out the day after the glass broke, and they replaced 2/3 of the panels on the spot. Because the third panel was actually a custom pattern, they had to put in a temporary panel and take a mold of it in order to get it fabricated to match the rest of the door.
This is when things started going awry. The technician told me at first that it would take about 7 business days to get the new one in. I waited 10 before calling them the first time, all the while with a temporary glass pane in my front door?held in only by tape. The woman on the phone said someone would call me back?no one did. I called again the next day, rather frustrated and again she said someone would call me back. This time, someone did. They said that they had somehow lost the mold they took and would have to come out to take a new one, which they couldn't do for a few days. So now we're over 2 weeks deep and they still haven't fixed the third panel. They came back and took another mold. It was at this time that I pressed them that they were going to front the money to have the panel rush ordered?at first they hesitated but then finally said that they would. However, I think that was bull because I again waited 7 business days and called them, they said they were expecting it any day now. Once they finally got the peice in they scheduled a time to come back out and put it in. They apologized profusely for the service, which they should! It took over SIX WEEKS to get 3 panels replaced. They offered a partial refund and said the check would be in the mail soon.
Well, I wait 2 weeks and a check hasn't arrived. I call, asking where it is, and the lady says no one has even written the check. She said she'll take care of it, and that it would go out that day. I got it a few days later. So now we're talking over 8 weeks from the initial service appointment and I finally get the check?for a measly $45. It amounts to a 12% discount, which is a little low considering that 1/3 of the project was held up for over 6 weeks. They should have  at least given me that panel for free?which would have been over $100. 
All in all, while the technicians are kind and knowledgeable, the front office is highly disorganized and extremely unprofessional. I would avoid.

We are impressed with Mainline Glass and will use them again when the need arises.  One of the panes of glass in our front door had cracked.  The pane had a pattern in it and was of odd shape, so I wasn't sure if the single pane could be replaced or if the entire handmade glass section of the door needed to be replaced.  Mainline was very quick to respond to my Angie's List request, as well as scheduling the appointment.  The guys were actually able to come earlier than our scheduled appointment time, so that was a nice change from what we have experienced with other contractors!  The guys were quick and kept the area clean.  The door looks great; one would never know that one pane of glass is newer than the others. We highly recommend Mainline Glass.

Albeit the replacement cost of a small glass pane (8x15 inches) was high, they were prompt, clean and professional. They added no extra charges for coming on Sunday and were highly responsive/informative regarding the appointment, the work itself, and the scheduling: they provided a one hour bracket of time and phoned when the crew was en route. 
In regards to cost, Mainline Glass' price actually seems competitive; it's simply unfortunate that a small replacement part is such an expensive job.

It was a very pleasant surprise to receive the kind of prompt service that we did on this job.  We had a service call to measure the mirror on the day after we contacted the company, and the new mirror was installed the following day.  They communicated well and did what they committed to do.  The price was almost exactly what I was expecting for the maximum I would have to pay, but that was just a guess on my part and I had nothing to compare it to.   One really nice feature is a 5 year replacement warranty on the work.  I will definitely use them again, to replace the glass on a double pane window that has come unsealed and moisture is inside.

I contacted the provider via message on Angie's List and within an hour I received a text message asking me how he could help. I sent him pictures of the window and he gave me a quote right away. We then set up a time for the next morning for the window to be replaced. The next morning the provider was right on time and replaced the window in a professional and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future.

I sent Mainline glass a message through Angie's List on a Monday morning and was contacted befor lunch.  They were out to my place of business measuring that afternoon and I had a quote by Tuesday morning.  I aproved the work on Thursday evening.  They were back out Monday morning working and completed minor details Tuesday morning and was told if I wasn't satisified with anything they would come back out to make it right.   A professional and courteous attitude was exhibited throughout the entire process.

I called them on 10/14/14.  Mike had me text a picture of the window and the details of when I would be available.  He texted me back the next morning to tell me he would be there at 11:00.  They arrived with their work truck exactly at 11:00.  Took out the broken glass and replaced it. They had it all done in 40 minutes!  I was so happy with everything.  They were punctual, professional and did a fantastic job.  The best part was I didn't have to do anything like take out the window, bring it somewhere, leave it to be fixed and pick it up later.  Mike and Mike brought everything they needed to do the job onsite.  I am so happy with them and would definitely call them again.

It went very well. We had already removed the mirror from the wall. I had it cut down to about 62" X 34". it didn't take them long to complete the job and they even cut another large mirror I had lying around in the garage. They also disposed of other mirror pieces I had in the garage. I would most definitely use them again. They are prompt, courteous and very reasonable.
