I am currently using MaidPro. I can't grade the company. I can grade the person that cleans my home. There is a big difference. Companies are what they are and you could have a fantastic company but the particular person you deal with is not all that. They could be a C or a D but that doesn't reflect on the company. In my case I cannot grade the company but I can say that the person that does my home downstairs does a great job. I would give the person an A but I don't say that MaidPro is an A company. I used to use somebody that wasn't with a company at all and I paid $85 for 6 hours and I pay a lot more now for just 2 hours. I don't think the price is great. I have this specific individual and I have told them that I only want this specific person and I don't want anybody else in my house. I have been lucky so far but one of my family members had asked for the same person and one day they sent somebody else without telling them. My family member was not happy. She always comes before 11. I don't have a specific time that she is supposed to be here. It's just before 11 so it's not consistent. I have this person come weekly. I don't know if I can recommend the company but I am very happy with this specific person that I am very lucky to have gotten and does a great job.

I've been using MaidPro for about 3 months and am very happy with the results.  My house is thoroughly cleaned, and the one time I had an issue they were very responsive in coming back with no charge to resolve the issue.
