Excellent. I even decided after ordering my blinds and shutters that I wanted  ODL blinds for my kitchen door window. I called and my salesman instructed me  how to measure. My ODL blinds were delivered with the rest of  my order. I was  impressed  by that  level of service.

Salesman showed up on time with plenty of samples and colors to choose from. He knew his company's products extremely well, and was extremely helpful in offering suggestions when asked. Pricing may not have been rock-bottom compared to all the bids I obtained, but they make up for that ten-fold in their service, customer support and quality. The installer was very experienced and professional - no goofing around. He arrived, got straight to work and was done before I knew it. He also cleaned up  after himself which seems to be something lacking in many companies these days.
