We went to Homemaker Homes and looked at models and picked out the one we liked best, and had it built. A short time after we moved in, I found out the builder had liens on the house and he filed bankruptcy. I sold the home, but I had to pay off the builders liens to sell it. I feel this builder should not be in business, because he is taking peoples' money and putting liens on their houses before the closing. I will never use this builder again and I certainly wouldn't recommend him.
Description of Work: We had a new five bedroom three bath home built in an upscale neighborhood in Friendswood. The builder arranged his work crews to start the building process and the foundation was dug. They installed the rough plumbing, walls, roof and finished up the outside first before working on the inside. They finished the walls, fixtures, cabinets and installed carpet, tile and appliances. They finished off by landscaping the yard with trees and shrubs.
