Home Building
We went to Homemaker Homes and looked at models and picked out the one we liked best, and had it built. A short time after we moved in, I found out the builder had liens on the house and he filed bankruptcy. I sold the home, but I had to pay off the builders liens to sell it. I feel this builder should not be in business, because he is taking peoples' money and putting liens on their houses before the closing. I will never use this builder again and I certainly wouldn't recommend him.
