Grubbs Home Solutions

We have been using Grubbs Home Solutions for multiple years and they are currently maintaining three property's for us! They are great to work with and always do a wonderful job!

Initially I thought the service went great. I quickly looked over things before I had given the gentleman that came to my door the check. It all looked good and no problems surfaced. I also asked the person at my door specifically, "Were there any problems?", to which the reply was, "No, everything is good." I paid the man and he went on his way. I did a more through check because there was a patch of longer grass that seemed to have been missed. I look around and I see multiple problems. First problem I see is that the person running the mower had hit and destroyed the sewage cleanout cap. Second problem, multiple ruts in my grass because the person operating the mower was moving very fast, too fast. Third problem, there was many different areas that had grass missed during weed eating. (I have a large yard so I missed looking over everything as everything easy to see looked good.) After all of this, the only thing I really wanted was for the person at my door to say, hey we accidentally hit your clean out cap. Wouldn't have even needed the replacement. Just overall very poor service. Very poor customer service as well. When I tried to resolve the matter through the contact on the phone number I was just led along. I was told that they would be out the next day, then it was next week, then it was no call backs, texts or any information at all as to when they would be out to resolve my issues. Very awful all the way around. Not worth my time or money at all. Hopefully someone else sees this and avoids them like the plague.

Sean and his crew are very efficient and always have done a great job for us for over a year now.

Recently, Sean's crew came out and put in the new sod. We followed their instructions to water the new sod for a week, at which time we noticed that the new sod was not level. We contacted Sean about the matter and he came out that same day and added sand to make the sod level.
Over the past 18 months, we have hired Sean Grubbs Home Solutions to cut our yard on a regular basis and to do various yard and landscaping projects. His work has been prompt, professional and at the agreed upon price, which has been very reasonable. Sean is very reliable, personable, honest and friendly. Sean and his team do excellent work and are very organized.
