+ -1 moreThe blinds were installed about a month after we ordered them. The shutters were NEVER delivered, despite multiple conversations with the company. Luckily, I had paid for all this on a credit card. So about 4 months later (April-ish) I disputed the charges with my credit card company. A few months later, the credit card company refunded all the money I paid to Got Blinds. I just checked the Houston Better Business Bureau online, and as of 9/24/2010 their rating for this company is an "F". They have apparently received several complaints, most of which were for non-delivery of merchandise.
Description of Work: Ordered window blinds for 3 rooms and window shutters for 6 rooms.
