James has done several jobs for me and has always done first class work. He is not the least cost plumber in the area but I know I will get a lasting professional job for the money.

This service was actually at my mother's house that I maintain for her. We have used Friendswood Plumbing at Mom's house and my house several times. James always responds quickly to my call, arrives when he says he will and does a great job without running up a huge bill.

First do not use this man. If you do, get it clearified as to the scope of the work and who will actually perform it. Get the estimate for hours and the price per hour. I feel as though I paid this man in excess of $400 for a temporary fix to my plumbing problem, which if I had called someone else to clear the drains which in the end was all he did would have cost me no more than $300.

Main waterline to house cracked. Had to hand saw concrete opening and replaced pipe and valve. There were sweet honey bees who had been depending on the water during our drought and he patiently worked with them there. I was very pleased to see him conserve the bees and respect my request to do so if possible. Very pleasant, punctual and informative. Made sure I understood the cost and process before proceeding. We are currently in the middle of redoing our home and I'll be sure to call on him in the future if need be.

I appreciate the time the guy took to explain what he needed to do. He also explained how much it was going to cost and why. I appreciated that. I was pleased not to have a stinky laborer. The guy was a nice, clean-cut gentleman. I was very satisfied with everything. He fixed the problem in no time at all.

The plumber returned my call quickly and came around to give an estimate. His prices were good at that time, but the price went up five hundred dollars after he installed the heater. The installation was scheduled the next day and the plumber was on time. After he finished installing it, he told me it was five hundred dollars more than what he quoted me. I was furious, so I told him to unhook it, and take it out of the garage because I'm not paying five hundred dollars more than what he quoted. We went round and round and finally he accepted my check for what he quoted, because I meant business.
