Once Fig Tree argued on our behalf to get the money needed, Tim set up dates and schedules for plumbers, dry-wall guys, and painters. It was sooo smooth.
The leak happened in July, and we could NOT find a contractor that would commit to the job and do it right. We have a split his-n-hers sink area.
My husband and I both work, so Fig Tree, with our permission, worked from a lock-box system. There was not a single problem...even when our dog got scared of the thunder and decided that he needed to help the painters in the bathroom!
