While we were gone for three month they stopped pool service without notifying us.  When I called there excuse was they had personnel problems and could no longer supply service.  As I was out of town I had to find a new service while away.  Fortunately I found Pool Depot.  They are excellent.   While Dr. Pool was coming on a weekly basis there work was above average.  I would rate it a B.  I can not recommend them because on the unreliability and lack of communications.

I really liked them a lot.  They were on time and finished it within a day and a half.  The price was half of what we paid eight years ago for the same service.

Would not recommend!!

Great weekly service paid by the month with wonderful employees.

He comes out and listens to what I say. He tries to figure out what the problem is and the best way to repair it. He looks for ways to keep something repaired, rather than making me buy a new part. I don't feel like I've ever been overcharged with him. Sometimes, I have gotten different quotes from other sources, and he has always been way below the competition. If I ever have any issues following a visit, he will respond and help in some way.

We began having problems with our pool, having just moved into our home, almost immediately even though it had been inspected. Dr. Pool did a good job of diagnosing and addressing all problems within the costs he quoted. He is extremely difficult to reach and schedule visits with, because he is so busy. However, he has always returned my phone calls and made every effort to attend to our issue in a timely manner.

Jason, came to house and gave me a quote on the things he believed were wrong. He then gave me different options on the things I needed fix and we worked around my budget. Great guy and easy to work with.

Dr. Pool did a great job on the pool. They were always on time and professional. The guys working were always neat and clean and very polite. Even though this was just a one time thing they treated us like recurring customers.

The contractor was great and very cordial. We only needed him for this one job and he was great. They found the problem right away and fixed it quickly.
