He is punctual. He is usually available when you need him. He talked me out of getting the wood doors that I wanted. I really wanted wood doors and he kept telling me that I really didn't want wood and I wanted steel. We ended up getting steel. He does what he says he is going to do. He also fixed a lock on the back door. Everything works very well now. The paint job on the steel doors has already chipped. He is responsive.
